Electrician

About
That’s the motto. That’s the work. Rylen Smith. Arizona. Home service and blue-collar businesses — decks, landscape, remodel, windows, paint, plumbing, and the rest of the trades.
Founder
I’m Rylen Smith. I started Bone Marketing about a year and a half ago, here in Arizona. I grew up in a construction family, did two years as an electrician, then ran a window cleaning business.
After that I owned a small landscaping company with four guys on the crew. The hardest part wasn’t the work. It was keeping them busy. I tried door hangers, Yelp and Angi leads. None of it really worked.
So I started running my own marketing, and that’s what finally kept my crew busy. Other landscapers and contractors I knew asked how, so I ran ads for them too. They got results, and several of them are still with us today. One is a hardscape and landscape company: in one month his Jobber account shows $1.1M in quotes sent and $619K in jobs won.
That’s when I went all in on Bone Marketing. The goal is to bring real marketing back to the trades, and to show that a business can keep growing without plateauing, and without paying thousands up front, when it has the right team behind it. When a business gets more work, it hires more people. That’s what we love to see.
Bone Marketing is ads, search, and sites for blue-collar businesses. Not ecommerce. Not “a little of everything.” The audit call is with me. If we can’t help, we say no. You don’t pay to find that out.

First business of my own. Jobs, trucks, getting the phone to ring.
A crew of four to keep busy. Door hangers and lead sites didn’t do it. My own marketing did.
Now I run the marketing for home service businesses. SEO, ads, the site. Month to month.
What doesn’t change
Ranks are labeled: term, town, dates. Jobber is one account, 30 days. Positions are not jobs.
No lock-in. You own the site, the domain, the ads.
Finished work. Not stock. Not ads about the agency.
The ad, the site, the call. Rylen. (928) 699-0028.
Trades
If you’re not a home service or blue-collar business, we’re not the crew. Ecommerce and “growth partners” can call someone else.
