How many clips do I need to send?
Fifteen to twenty a month is plenty. An hour of filming covers it. Send more if you have them.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Plenty of it is behind-the-scenes and clipped work. But talking heads do the best, so some of you on camera helps.
Is this AI video?
No. Every video is your own footage. We cut it, write it and post it. Nothing is generated.
What if I don’t like one?
Say so and we redo it. You can also switch on approvals, so nothing goes out until you’ve tapped yes on it.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Every file stays in your own folder, and it’s yours if you leave.
Can I cancel?
Any time. No contract and no notice period. Whatever is already scheduled still goes out.
How do you post to my accounts?
You connect your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook once, from inside your portal. The scheduling runs on our account, not yours — there's nothing for you to subscribe to. You can disconnect any time and the accounts stay yours either way.
